- Do you often find yourself in uncomfortable and messy situations that could have been totally avoided if you'd just said no? For fear of getting the displeasure of others, sometimes we say yes to unwanted requests. The inability to say no makes our lives unhappy and stressful. There is a lot of confusion about when and how to say no. When not communicated correctly, it can often ruin relationships, friendships, and more. There are people who take advantage of our inability to say no. In any case, it may not be a wise idea to say yes to something you are uncomfortable with. In this self help video Dr Mary Matilda reminds us not to say yes when we want to say no. She highlights seven things to which we should definitely say no.

എന്റെ ചെറുപ്പത്തിൽ എന്റെ അച്ഛൻ പറഞ്ഞു തന്ന ഒരു കാര്യം ഉണ്ട്. ആരോടും നോ പറയാതിരിക്കുക.കൂടുതലും യെസ് പറയുക.നമുക്ക് അത് കഴിയും..അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അത് ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കും എന്നുള്ളത് കൊണ്ടാണ് പലരും പല ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കായി നമ്മുടെ അടുത്ത് വരുന്നത് .പരമാവധി അവരെ സഹായിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കണം.എന്ന്.അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ ആർക്ക് വേണ്ടിയും ഓരോന്ന് ചെയ്യാൻ വേണ്ടി ഓടി നടക്കും.വീട്ടിൽ ആയാലും ജോലി സ്ഥലത്ത് ആയാലും. പലരും അത് നന്നായി ഉപയോഗിച്ചു. ഇപ്പൊ എനിക്ക് മനസ്സിലായി നോ പറയേണ്ടിടത്ത് പറയണം. പക്ഷെ എനിക്ക് അതിന് പലപ്പോഴും സാധിക്കാറില്ല. അഥവാ പറഞ്ഞാൽ പോലും പിന്നീട് വിഷമം ആവും. ചെയ്യാമായിരുന്നു എന്ന് തോന്നും.മാഡം പറഞ്ഞത് ശരിയാണ്. പക്ഷെ..എനിക്ക് അതിന് സാധിക്കുന്നില്ല.
